An opportunity for an Administration Assistant has arisen to support the friendly, professional team. This role will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing invoices
- Producing certificates of currencies
- Creating policy documents
- Preparations of basic reports
- Data entry of accounts information
- Assisting with Debtors
- General Team Administration support
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally poses the following:
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational ability
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Intermediate Word/Excel Skills
