An opportunity currently exists for a proactive and organised all-rounder Mining Administrator to support our Mining Operations Team on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Mining Manager, the scope of your role will be to provide a high level of administration support and work collaboratively with all site-based personnel and actively participate in the day to day operations at Clermont Open Cut.
Your role will be to provide a high level of administration, secretarial and general support to the Mining Manager and Mining team members. This busy and diverse role will see you undertaking a broad range of day-to-day administrative duties, but not limited to; data entry, purchase orders, assist Mining Manager and Superintendents with daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reconciling and receipting invoices.
Requirements of the role include:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in previous administrative role
- Mobile Equipment reliability experience desirable
- Experience in SAP is essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- QLD Drivers Licence
