Watermark Constructions is a local Sunshine Coast builder providing repair solutions for Insurance claims throughout Queensland and Tasmania. 

Our business is expanding, and we need additional casual employees to meet the demand.

The Claims Administration role is integral to the business as you will be the first point of contact for our customers, our trade team, and our clients. 

Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the submission of claims within KPI targets. 

Scheduling appointments and providing administration support to the team.

Answering calls and providing information to assist Customers, Clients and our Trade Teams.

Coordinating subcontractors for emergency repairs.

What you bring:

The ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion for others.

Previous customer service experience.

Time management skills.

High-level computer skills across multiple systems and portals.

Previous experience in the insurance and construction industry is desirable, but not essential.

Able to work at pace and problem solve to deliver expectations.

Able to work autonomously and as part of broader team.

Reliable, with good work ethic and positive can do attitude.
