Your new company
Our client is a government organisation with operations across Australia. Due to the increase in workload, they are now looking to appoint 3 x General Insurance Specialists to join the team on an ongoing temporary assignment starting ASAP
Your new role
- Managing the investigation and assessment of new and existing Domestic & Motor policies
- Work alongside third parties and internal departments in relation to closing and settling claims
- Analyse policy coverage and determine acceptance of claims
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to general insurance queries within agreed time frames and prepare written response on insurance matters
- Contribute to new and ongoing projects
- Collaborate with other team members and support management
What you'll need to succeed
- Given that this is a government organisation, you are required to be an Australian Citizen working in a similar role within a contact centre environment
- You will possess knowledge of domestic insurance products
- Have the ability to manage a large pipeline of work
- Attention to detail, relationship management and time management skills
- The ability to display empathy is a essential for this role
