The Role
We are looking for an experienced service professional to take on a role as Member Service Advisor and provide services relating to Membership and Insurance and resolving enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional and quality service.
- Excellent listening and communication skills; verbal and written skills that can be tailored to suit the individual needs of each Member.
- The ability to deliver our Member Value Proposition to obtain new members and retain existing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing Member enquiries via various contact channels
- Acquiring new Members and retaining current Members, promoting the features and benefits of MDA National’s value proposition
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise our Member service experience
- Responding to enquiries and actioning relevant activities in relation to Government Schemes.
- Collaborating with and supporting other functions including Business Development, New Business and Underwriting as required.
