 About the role  

The key responsibility of this role is to partner with your clients, be their advocate and deliver exceptional service and advice for new and existing clients. 

 Duties  

• Individual responsibility for portfolio development
• Ensure all service and advice is provided in a fair and ethical manner and compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes and Company policy 
• Maintain professional relationships for the provision of financial services to clients  
• Accurate file management meeting compliance requirements  

 Desired skills, experience & qualifications  

• Proven experience in an insurance broking role
• Diploma of Insurance Broking desired
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills  
• Superb relationship building and communication skills
• Competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
