In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of business with a particular emphasis on profitable growth
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing expert advice and recommendations on all matters affecting their insurance needs
- Negotiating terms with underwriters and preparing renewal documents
- Handling claims on behalf of clients and ensuring timely and favourable settlements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker
- Tier 1 for broking
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Time management and organisational skills
