In this role, you will be responsible for:   Managing a portfolio of business with a particular emphasis on profitable growth Maintaining strong relationships with clients Providing expert advice and recommendations on all matters affecting their insurance needs Negotiating terms with underwriters and preparing renewal documents Handling claims on behalf of clients and ensuring timely and favourable settlements To be successful in this role, you will need:   Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker Tier 1 for broking Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build and maintain strong relationships Negotiation and sales skills
