Assist clients with cover and claim enquiries.
Assist and advocate for clients during the end-to-end claims management process.
Ensure the current insurance and risk management needs of clients are fully met.
Prepare and implement new business quotes and policies, renewal processing, remarketing, and any amendments to existing policies.
Issuing policy documents & certificates
Liaise, responding and negotiating with underwriters, assessors, and other key stakeholders.WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITHReports to the Manager of Broking and works with a high performing, friendly team.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLSTier 1 in Insurance Broking preferred.
Previous broking or insurer experience is essential.
Knowledge of the Winbeat processing & Office Tech Document Management system would be advantageous.
Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail.
The ability to work autonomously and have great problem-solving skills.
A polite and courteous manner.
Proactive attitude and a genuine team player with the ability to lead by example.
