The Role
This pivotal position involves leading a team of 6 dedicated, high-achieving brokers, focusing on delivering new business growth and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, your proactive and detail-oriented approach will play a central role in fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Responsibilities
- Directing team development and performance to enhance business opportunities.
- Building relationships with small business owners and key industry stakeholders.
- Steering the team towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Efficiently handling inbound leads and queries to maximise client engagement.
- Streamlining processes for superior client experiences.
- Upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism to maintain the company’s reputation.
- $130,000 inclusive of super + bonus - ($117,000 + Super)

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of general insurance, with insurer or broker experience highly regarded.
- Tier 1 Insurance broking qualifications.
- A client-focused and solution-oriented mindset, alongside the capacity to manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with an analytical and detail-oriented mind.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Diploma of Financial Services, or other tertiary education, will be advantageous.
