Here's what you'll be doing:
- Support the Senior Broker and a small team in maximising their effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional client service, liaising with underwriters on their behalf.
- Become the team's rock, contributing to efficient documentation, record-keeping, and assisting with claims management.
- Ensure legal and industry compliance while participating actively within the team.
- Attend client meetings and networking events when needed.
- You'll report to a supportive Senior Broker and work alongside a proactive team.
- This northern suburbs location offers a vibrant and convenient work environment with abundant parking.
- Recent general insurance broking experience is essential.
- RG146 accreditation is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are key.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Full Australian work rights are mandatory.
