Servicing their existing client base, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice for the management of insurance policies and the assessment of claims.
You will have outstanding customer service skills and be able to deliver an engaging customer experience through inbound and outbound client contact.
Our client is a large superannuation fund focused on providing great value and experience to their members and investors. Offering a wide array of services that cover a variety of superannuation fund structures, including accumulation, defined benefit, and account-based pension funds.What are the benefits?
- 3-4 month contract with possibility of extension
- Full-time position, 5 days per week
- Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Up to $37 per hour

- Process insurance claims and underwriting requests in compliance with Fund rules.
- Handle insurance correspondence within defined service standards.
- Receive regular progress reports on claims and underwriting from the Insurer.
- Address member and client inquiries in accordance with legislative and Fund requirements.
- Prepare insurance reporting to the Client Fund within agreed timelines.
- Submit recommendations/claims to the Client Fund and act upon Trustee decisions.
- Formal qualification (RG146) and/or degree in Business or Financial Services)
- Previous experience working with a superannuation fund
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive within a corporate and professional work environment.
