We are seeking a highly motivated administration assistant to join the team in our Ormiston office providing support to our assessors.
Insurance experience is not essential, we will provide you with training and on the job experience.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· Experience with Microsoft applications;
· Ability to learn new computer systems;
· Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills;
· Ability to think under pressure and adapt to different situations;
· Exceptional verbal & written communication skills;
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The role encompasses:
· Administrative support for a team of Assessors;
· Managing telephone enquiries;
· General duties including claim file management, diary management, and other duties as required.
