Role – Commercial Estimator Assessor (Major Loss)
Continuing with the growth of their Commercial & Major Loss operation, they are now looking for a building professional to join their Melbourne team.

• Manage the tender bid submission process on complex, Major Loss residential & commercial insurance construction projects
• Collaborate with various stakeholders & attend site to develop detailed, custom bid submissions
• Build cost estimations & repair methodology with minimal impact to business operations
• Grow value added relationships with Contractors, Loss Adjusters & Insurers Representatives
• Enjoy flexible working from home, whilst collaborating with the team twice per week in office
• Be supported by an extensive internal team, great systems and an engaged management team

Experience

• Trade background with experience estimating building works and exposure to commercial sites OR experience estimating insurance building works, commercial works OR as a contracts administrator

Plus

• Strong understanding of building methodology
• Confident using technology
• Great customer service & communication skills & able to be empathise with clients
• A keen desire to learn, grow and give your best
