About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. In this newly created role as an Insurance Optimisation Managerin QInsure, you will drive optimisation through both People and Process (BAU) and Technology and Digital.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Continuous Improvement team in developing a divisional improvement strategy, review the delivery framework and employ industry best practice to ensure that we optimise the member insurance experience through People, Process and Technology enablement
- Assist in developing the strategic and operational plans, service model, and initiatives to align the Business Unit (BU) with the Divisional and overall QInsure strategic direction and objectives
- Manage all technology vendor relationships and contracts to ensure the technology roadmap is defined and aligns strategically
About you
You enjoy everything optimisation and process improvement and have the experience to prove it, preferably in the Life insurance industry! Your excellent communication and project management skills will see you liaise with all relevant stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, your skills, experience and qualifications may include the following:
- Ability to use data analysis to identify trends, risk, and areas for improvement
- Experience with implementing technology solutions to automate manual processes and enhance data accuracy
- Understanding of the operating and regulatory environment including industry trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
- Experience with managing external vendors & managed services
