The Team
Our Insurance & Health department is headed up by 30 well-respected principals across six states. The department is recognised throughout the insurance industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate to join our highly regarded financial lines team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work closely two leading and respected financial lines Principals, Hubert Wajszel and Scott Shelly, on a range of litigated and unlitigated claims brought primarily against directors, officers and companies, and professionals across the legal, financial services, construction, property, and allied health industries.
The Successful Candidate
This role will suit a candidate with the following:
- previous defendant insurance experience within financial lines (favourable);
- focus on client service;
- strong communication skills;
- solid file management skills; and
- enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
