Your role

We are currently looking for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Melbourne team, working on professional indemnity claims. This fast paced and dynamic role will require you to provide advice and representation in claims against a broad range of professionals including accountants, lawyers, financial planners, engineers, insurance brokers and others.

Ideally you will have Insurance litigation experience, however we are open to hearing from candidates with a litigation background and interest in pursing a career in professional indemnity.

What we are looking for lawyers who:

• are passionate and commercially astute with a genuine interest in building a successful career in professional indemnity;
• possess sound client and file management skills and understand the importance of providing technically excellent advice in a timely manner;
• practice with the maturity and self-motivation to be responsible for the day to day management of litigation files with the assistance of a mentor as appropriate;
• good team players who appreciate the importance of collegiality and collaboration.
