We’re looking for a Intellectual Property Lawyer with 2 years PQE to join our Sydney team on a Full-time basis. This position assist with the conduct of diverse contentious IP matters. Offering Hybrid work arrangements
Responsibilities
Act for and advise local, international, private and public sector clients across diverse industry sectors and technologies in relation to contentious IP matters.
Patent litigation focus, however you will also be involved with contentious matters pertaining to all registered and unregistered IP rights, including trade marks, copyright, registered designs, trade secrets and domain names.
Skills & Experience
Writing, including attention to detail;
Legal and factual analysis and synthesis of information;
Computer literacy; and
Organisation and time management, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Previous IP experience or commercial litigation experience is preferred but not essential.
A dual law & technical (e.g. biochemistry) degree is preferred but not essential.
