Are you an immediately available Commercial Finance Manager with a passion for driving growth and profitability in the FMCG sector and a hands-on approach? Our client requires an interim resource to manage the finance function for a discreet product line within its business during a period of restructure. The role can be a pure interim opportunity but may also lead to longer term opportunities within the group.
The Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and timely strategy, budget, and forecasting information, along with insightful performance analysis.
Effectively engage with executives and shareholders, providing clear and concise financial insights.
Driving projects forward independently.
Ensure all commercial decisions are backed by accurate and comprehensive financial assessments.
Maintain rigorous financial management and control over all operations.
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CA / CPA / MBA qualified.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Manager within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
