About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic executive finance leader to make a significant impact.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful applicant will lead key initiatives and reporting during a critical time for the organisation. Your experience dealing with board reporting and ability to influence will directly impact decision-making and contribute to organisational planning.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll require operational and deep commercial understanding to be able to engage and provide support and direction to the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of a robust and best-practice budgeting process.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee and implement effective risk management strategies and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Ensure financial reporting accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience and confidence in delivering organisational budgets and board reports.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
