The Role
Our NSW Print Web Offset site situated in Silverwater is looking for a Night shift Production Leader to help support the afterhours needs of the business.
To be successful for the role you will need to have the following skills and attributes:
- Relevant trade qualifications would be highly regarded
- Supervisory experience recommended
- Effective communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the production workflow process, ensuring compliance of all procedures
- Strong computer literacy, including working knowledge of Technique MIS and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to lead by example, with safety as a priority
- Promote a positive culture
- Results driven, with ability to review performance data, continuously seek improvement by achieving and exceeding KPI targets
