AddressThe Acquire Group has been engaged to appoint an Interim Finance Manager for this leading Western Sydney based organisation. Due to recent structural changes the CEO & CFO would like to appoint a capable & hands on Finance Manager. Whilst we will be going to market in the next couple of months a decision to appoint an interim has been taken and they are looking to onboard someone immediately. In short they are looking for someone to hit the ground running, have immediate impact and take ownership of the finance function & team
More specifically, your key duties will include:
- Lead and develop the finance function
- Manage statutory reporting, and tax and regulatory compliance across the group
- Provide sound advice to the Directors and executive leadership in support of key strategic decisions
- Provide value-add advice regarding investment decisions and opportunities
- Establish and improve controls and processes within the business
- Manage the treasury and cash flow functions across the group
- Manage key external relationships including banks, auditors and ATO
