The portfolio includes oversight of Injury Prevention, Workers Compensation claims and premium management, Well-being, and Injury Rehabilitation Best Practice Initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong mix of administration excellence, rapport building, and relationship management with the Board, Executive leaders, site managers, and staff.
Leading a national, multi-site high-performing team, we are looking for experienced Safety professional to step into this interim role for a period of 3-6 months. You will need to demonstrate outstanding people leaderships capability underpinned with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the business with all stakeholders including the Board and ELT,
Remuneration range circa $200K +.
