This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in our Mount Waverley office within the busy Metricon Retail Services (Studio M). Full time (Tuesday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, Saturday 8.30am - 4pm)
Reporting to the Studio M Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out Colour Selection appointments and guide customers through the specification and colour options available for new homes in Studio M
- Prepare for each appointment by familiarising with document templates and relevant job-specific Contract and Plans
- Ensure that all selections are recorded accurately and fully, and that the customer signs to indicate their agreement
- Follow up on all commitments/selections to the customer within agreed time frames to ensure that selections are finalised at the earliest possible time
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding specification and colour selection queries; and
- Monitor the presentation of Studio M to ensure it reflects the company’s standards of customer service and professionalism.

- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role within a Residential Builder, Highly Regarded
- Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process
- Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environment
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities, with advanced administration skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; and
- Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
