We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Interior Designer and PA to the Director to join us. The ideal candidate values a person-centered approach and excels in effective communication with clients and suppliers. As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for CAD design drawings, InDesign presentations, furniture selection work, and Microsoft Suite for daily tasks. Knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop would be an asset. Daily client communications, showroom maintenance, and coordinating furniture deliveries are essential aspects of this role.

Position: Interior Designer and PA to the Director (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for daily. communications with clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries addressed promptly and professionally.
- Balance CAD design drawings for all aspects of Interior Design projects, utilizing InDesign for presentations and assisting with furniture selection work.
- Coordinate the delivery of furniture supplies to clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite to efficiently manage documentation and communications.
- Maintain the showroom to the highest standards, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and showcases our products effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Interior Design and administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in CAD design software, InDesign, and Microsoft Suite. Preference will be given for Photoshop, SketchUp skills & MYOB.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
- The potential to respond effectively in circumstances that require immediate action relative to client work or communication with clients and contractors and site related issues.
- A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and using graphics.
Co-ordination with:
- Liaises with suppliers, colleagues, and the director.
- Coordinates drawings and schedules with Interior Design colleagues, ensuring changes and updates are communicated effectively.
- Can foster excellent communication between the other Interior Designers and administration staff.
