The Interior Designer Role

You will be responsible for starting the client on their Total Fitout journey.
Working with a blank canvas or re-working an existing space, your role will be to help them visualise what they can't see.
Your excellent communications skills will ensure that clients fully understand and fall in love with your vision.
The attention to detail in your designs will ensure our carpenters and joiners will deliver a quality product that looks just like the drawings.

About The Opportunity

This is an exceptional career opportunity for a dynamic Interior Designerto join our Sydney Northern Beaches office to deliver the following:

• Meet with clients to understand their brief and collaborate with the wider team to determine key project objectives.
• Deliver innovative and pragmatic design concepts, encompassing space planning, furniture layout, lighting schemes, and material choices.
• Use advanced design software to generate intricate 2/3D visualisations, floor plans, and elevations.
• Present clients with design proposals, seamlessly integrating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Craft comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and construction drawings, to guide project realisation.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with commercial placemaking exposure.
• Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic mindset.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Project Management Software, AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchupPro.
• Solid supplier knowledge.
