You will have solid conceptual design abilities and a passion for strategic growth. You will be able to develop, and execute innovative interior design solutions that reflect clients' vision and enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of their spaces. You are passionate about aethetic design with enthusiasm, commitment to quality, and enjoyment of the process.Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on projects from start to finish, including concept design, documentation, planning, coordination and presentations.
- Use your creativity to establish new ideas that stand out and are different to others.
- Liase with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects stick to plans, budgets, and client needs.
- Arrange and run meetings.
- 7+ years' experience as an Interior Designer / Architect.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architect or related field.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks documentation and modelling (3D and 2D).
- Proven experience in hospitality and commercial projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional design experiences.
- Knowledge of the construction process.
- Positive energy with a motivated work-ethic.
