About the Role
As a Site Manager you will support the delivery of a variety of projects throughout South Australia, by managing people and resources, engaging proactively with key stakeholders and inspiring the team.
This position is ideal for someone who has a background of fitout/refurbishment within the commercial construction industry, in a similar Site Manager role, managing high value projects. You will also value collaboration and contributing to a positive work environment, having fun in the process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Order materials and coordinate subcontractors to ensure effective and efficient deliveries
- Monitor quality of work and ensure high standards are achieved by supervising sub-contractors and labourers operating on site
- Maintain a safe working environment, performing site inductions and plant/equipment checks where needed
- Assist with the management of project program delivery and budgets including variations and adjustments
- Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and regulatory authorities
- Work alongside the Contract Administrators, Project Managers and on-site team to ensure the project delivery is against specification, schedule and quality standards
About You

Role Requirements
This role would suit an experienced Site Manager with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience within fitout/refurbishment within the construction industry and:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, managing projects of $200K-10mil
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, experience or trade background highly favourable
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver’s license
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, and additional safety management software will be looked upon favourably
- Current first aid, WWCC and National Police Clearance
- Plant equipment tickets desirable
- The right to work in Australia
