🔹 Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of concessions, ensuring exceptional customer service and visual merchandising standards.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and maximise profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Myer and David Jones staff to enhance brand presence and drive traffic to concessions.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their development and growth.
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in fashion retail.
- Passion for women's fashion and empowering women through style.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced retail environment.
