With the sustained growth of their accounting division, they are actively looking for a highly motivated public practice accountant proficient in tax and advisory services management.
Description
Main responsibilities for the Intermediate Accountant: further to the position description:
- Review or preparation of workpapers, accountants and tax returns for small, medium and high net wealth clients including, trust and companies,
- Review or preparation of BAS/IAS
- Bookkeeping
- Work with leadership on various strategic and operational projects and initiatives,
- Assistance with developing and mentoring junior team members.
Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Chartered accounting firms (At least 2 years experience in public practice)
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and build strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a thorough, systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of the team.
- CPA qualified or working towards these qualifications.
