About The Role
- Work alongside a team of up to 5 Accountants ranging from Undergraduates through to Intermediates.
- Strong advisory focus towards companies with annual turnover up to 300 million in annual turnover.
- Client Facing Role
- Completion of work such as Tax Returns, GST, CGT, FBT & Division 7A.
- Journal Adjustments & Account Reconciliations.
- Preparation & Review of financial statements for Companies, Trusts & Partnerships.
- Tax Planning
- Estate Planning
- Review work for Junior/Intermediate Accountants
- Understanding of Accounting software's such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks & HandiSoft.
- 2-5 Years of experience working in a Public Practice Accounting role.
- Understanding of Accounting standards & principals.
- Strong written & verbal communication.
- Desire to complete a CA/CPA Qualification (If not already started)
- Client facing exposure
- Exposure to creation of financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS & CGT.
- Exposure to Journal Adjustments and Account reconciliations.
