Accountants in our Business Services team you really are in the box seat of your careers. You have a good solid set of core skills at this stage, you possess strong accounting knowledge in compliance matters and have had experience dealing with clients and mentoring staff. This is the point in your career where we start to build the path to manager and beyond.
This role is both hands on in the collation of compliance work and a support role to both our clients and the team itself. Your advisory skills will be important as you will be the major contact person for the clients you work with. Your ability to show discretion in when and how to provide advice will be critical.
Our firm has a large number of varied and successful business clients meaning you will always be dealing with something different and learning from our clients as much as they learn from us.
We also want the person that joins us to be very solutions oriented. Our entire role is to provide solutions to clients to help them in their success. We need our team thinking that way from the start. Identifying problems is a skill but putting forward solutions to those problems is mastery.
