The role is to help coordinate and manage an existing client base handed to you and with the senior members of staff. The expectation will be that you service this client base. You will be delivering a tailored solution encompassing the ideas, design, quality product and service that makes them leaders in their field. There is a large portfolio of existing clients, many of whom have enormous growth capacity. Candidates who possess strong account relationship skills will be at a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will have drive, passion, initiative and intelligence. Experience within the Promotional Product field would be advantageous, however my client is happy to look at people with the right personality but without the experience and train them up. We are looking for someone to whom success is second nature and who thrives on developing relationships and delivering service and who enjoys the challenge of creating innovative and effective ideas to maximise clients' brand awareness. Given their size and scope it is vital that you are a good team player and enjoy a fun, cohesive environment.
