Our client is a market leading manufacturer of Industrial Material Handling Equipment used in Factories, Warehouses and Manufacturing Facilities. With offices throughout Australia they have a large corporate network offering career opportunities and progression.
As a result of their growth strategy they are expanding their team in Sydney with the addition of an Internal Account Manager to support circa 100 accounts based in NSW with aftersales and service support.
Our client has an established account base of clients across a variety of sectors including Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics and Utilities in both the metro and regional areas of Australia and this expansion role will have a primary function to support this customer base with the following:
- Handling incoming Sales and Service enquiries
- Qualifying leads for the Sales Engineers
- Up-selling & Cross selling
- Managing the CRM System
- Quotations and RFP
Suitable applicants will come from an internal sales or customer services background in any Industrial or Engineering industry, however you will be a fast learner and you will have a technical aptitude.
