Internal Accountant (CPA)

Foxcorp Australia specialises in the purchasing and developing of land throughout the Southeast of Melbourne and greater regional Victoria.

We are a privately owned and operated family company with a 20 year history built upon a strong culture reflective of consistency, passion for what we do, and pride in our work. Our team designs, builds, and constructs affordable living housing developments and we need an internal company accountant to help our team continue to move forward.

The role will be favourable towards full time applicants, however part time applications are also welcomed. The hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday working from a beautiful scenic office in Beaconsfield Upper with coffee machine and a fun friendly team!

We are seeking an accountant that will be confident in taking responsibility for the overall functionality of our day-to-day financial matters and who can work closely with the CEO.

Desired skills/qualifications;

· At least 3+ years experience in a similar role.

· Membership of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand or CPA Australia

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite.

· Management of intercompany loans across multiple companies.

· Multi-tasker to manage day-to-day financial operations.

· Experienced in monthly closing and reconciliations of banking and trading accounts.

· Management of payroll and BAS lodgements

· ASIC lodgement and responsibility of annual returns in timely fashion.

· Basic data entry and record keeping.

· Proficient in general communications such as incoming and outgoing email management, as well as telephone calls.

· Comfortability around querying invoices and following up creditors.
