This highly successful professional services firm provides innovative and enduring business services and solutions to the Asia Pacific Region. A vacancy has arisen for a People & Performance Advisor with experience drawn from a commercial environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual to assist the HR Manager to provide a broad range of HR services to the business, specifically focussing on the graduate and clerk portfolio. You will be the key point of contact to coordinate orientation, graduate on boarding and programs, and be the performance/well being coach for passionate graduates!
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be capable of working with autonomy and confidence to develop and implement people strategies particularly around:
Key contact for graduate development programs including sponsorship arrangements and related schools and associations
Key contact for on boarding, orientation, and graduate program rotations
Delivery of graduate programs
Recruitment and retention, including graduates and seasonal recruitment
Talent management
Career planning and coaching and workforce planning
Liaison with the support and HRIS teams
Provision of learning and development and career initiatives
Ad hoc support and advisory services to the broader People and Culture function
You will be tertiary qualified with commercial acumen, a confident consultative style, outstanding relationship building skills and a team orientated approach. Previous experience supporting a professional client group will be highly regarded.
