About the role
Our team provide independent Internal Audit, assurance and risk advisory services across a wide range of industries and sectors. They work with clients to help increase their confidence in the integrity of their information, systems and processes.
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an Internal Audit Manager with extensive experience to provide Internal Audit and risk advisory to a range of clients in conjunction with the wider Assurance & Risk Advisory team. In addition to the technical aspects, this role will support business growth, manage their team’s workflow and monitor the development of junior team members.
- Lead and guide the assurance and risk advisory team in delivering Internal Audit and risk management engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
- Oversee and deliver multiple Internal Audit and risk engagements ensuring timely and high-standard client deliverables.
- Monitor and delegate client work to team members, actively participating in the supervision and coaching of a team of assurance and risk staff.
- Foster client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables and outcomes.
- Actively undertake business development activities.
- Prepare and present presentations for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with Directors, Associate Directors, and other Managers in planning and delivering advanced and complex engagements.
About you

- A Bachelor Degree qualification in Accounting. (Business, Finance, or related discipline will be considered).
- Professional accreditations and qualifications will also be considered favourably CIA, CPA, CA, CISA)
- Proven experience of delivering high-quality and diverse Internal Audit and risk engagements.
- Inspiring leadership capability with the motivation to develop others, build high performing teams and effectively delegate with appropriate levels of support
- Strong project management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional communicator, with methodical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of professional standards.
