AddressWe are in search of a Internal Auditor who is meticulous and highly organized in Process Documentation & Improvement. This role is centered on capturing existing business processes and procedures, pinpointing internal controls, identifying improvement opportunities, and suggesting design modifications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will carry out limited internal audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures.
About the Role:
This 3–month contract with the possibility to extend or go permanent will be suitable for an immediately available or soon to be immediately available Internal Auditor.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with department leaders and team members to accurately document current processes and procedures in a straightforward, understandable format.
- Develop and maintain visual tools such as flowcharts and diagrams to clearly depict complex processes.
- Identify and evaluate critical internal controls across various operations, recommending enhancements where needed.
- Analyze documented processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
- Suggest design changes and process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct limited internal audits to verify compliance with documented procedures and identify non-compliance issues.
- Manage a centralized repository for all process documentation.
- Update and refine documentation as processes evolve and change.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new processes.
About You:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with process mapping tools.
- Experience with internal audit methodologies.
