AddressCampaign Communications Manager
Melbourne Grammar School has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Communications Manager to lead strategic communications as we move through the cycles of our philanthropic fundraising campaign. This role has a focus on strategy, creativity, and innovation.
The successful candidate will help recruit donors to the School through a comprehensive marketing campaign and will be responsible for leading our case writing and creative design in support of the Campaign.
This position is flexible and is offered as a three-year contract at 1.0 (fulltime). It is based at our South Yarra campus, with the possibility of working from home during part of the week.

The staff within the Community Relations Department facilitate the School’s interface with internal and external community members including prospective parents, alumni and donors. Encompassing Reception, the Development Office, Alumni, Admissions, Marketing & Communications, and Archives, the Community Relations Department is the community’s main entry point to the School.
You will
- Produce compelling persuasive proposals for direct communication with donors and produce and maintain a suite of Cases for Support.
- Lead content production that can be distributed and amplified through the School’s communications platforms and other channels.
- Plan and deliver a comprehensive Campaign Communications strategy focused on campaign awareness and supporting our campaign goals.
- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns.
- Work in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Communications to ensure coordinated constituency communication and consistent branding of Melbourne Grammar School.
- Develop and deliver a campaign social media strategy.
