The Role
As our Internal SalesCustomer Service representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success. You'll oversee the Internal Sales function, managing a diverse portfolio of top-quality products. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional Customer Service and support to both external clients and Internal Sales staff, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Internal Sales strategies for our wide range of specialized products, driving revenue and market growth.
- Efficiently process and follow up on customer orders, quotes, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.
- Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on key accounts to drive retention and loyalty.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders as promised, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Proactively engage with customers over the phone, identifying upselling opportunities and driving sales interest through effective communication.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive and quick learner, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction, with a track record of achieving results.
- Comfortable initiating outbound calls to warm leads and past customers, driving sales interest and building lasting relationships.
- Experience in the electrical industry is advantageous, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per annum, with additional superannuation.
- Achievable commission structure, offering the potential to earn substantially more based on performance.
