Position & Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting existing audio-visual (AV) integration customers, putting together quotes and processing order, as well as supporting the Pro AV external sales team. This role has a heavy emphasis on relationship management, working closely with clients, assessing requirements and developing strong commercial relationships.
This is a multifaceted role where you will be expected to manage competing priorities, whilst providing exceptional Customer Service and support. This will provide an excellent grounding and a strong development pathway for a career in technology.
Requirements
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated Internal Sales, account management or Customer Service experience.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Passion for technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop long term relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed PC skills
- Professionalism, resilience and a positive demeanour
The Offer
The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, plus Superannuation and Incentives. You will also have the opportunity to build a career with a leading and progressive global Fortune 200 company.
