- Collaborate with our leads, founders, and project managers to arrange presentations and demonstrations of our design capabilities.
- Attend client meetings and design showcases, providing support and gathering valuable insights.
- Track and manage prospecting efforts using CRM tools, logging all relevant information and updating lead status.
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute insights to our design and marketing teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, news, and competitors, sharing competitive intelligence.

- You have at least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a working knowledge of Understanding Customer Needs, Presentation Skills, Negotiation skills, Sales Techniques, Client Relationships, Eagerness To Learn, Market Positioning, Documentation Skills, Client Feedback Analysis, and Analytical Thinking
