Duties:
- Sales Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide expert product selection, application advice, system selection, and quotations.
- Customer Relations: Be the first point of contact for sales inquiries, providing pre and post-sales support, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the customer journey.
- Promotion and Marketing: Promote a diverse range of mechanical and electrical components across various sectors.
- Lead Conversion: Initiate and convert leads from multiple sources, managing expectations effectively.
- Technical Evaluation: Convey technical information to customers, demonstrating how our products can address their specific challenges.
Skills & Experience:
- Industrial Sales Experience: Expertise in mechanical power transmission and/or factory automation is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English and the ability to manage customer relations locally and internationally.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and proficiency in standard office software. Knowledge of basic motion control software and/or commissioning is a plus.
- Documentation Management: Ability to manage technical documents, commercial contracts, quality, and safety documentation.
