The role

Based at our Wetherill Park office, this position will suit a recent Graduate who is passionate about Industrial Engineering and wants to advance in a sales role. You will be involved in the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, working as a part of a supportive and a progressive team within a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high level of customer service
• Handling incoming enquiries
• Assisting with product selection
• Providing quotations and processing sales orders
• Supporting internal and external sales teams
• Offering technical advice about our product range 
• Engineering solutions to suit customer specifications 
• Work with other departments, management and staff

About you

• Ideal role for mechatronic, mechanical or electrical Engineering graduate
• Prior experience in a sales role highly regarded
• Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
• Commitment to customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills including a pleasant and professional telephone manner
• PC skills and strong numeracy including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)

Training

Extensive product and sales process training will be provided to the successful applicant.
