The Company
G.O. Shelving is the largest and most reputable provider of ‘Total Storage Solutions’ in South Australia and, one of the largest in Australia. Well established for over 38 years, G.O. Shelving have been responsible for the majority of the largest pallet racking and storage systems projects in South Australia.
The Role
As a valuable member of the Sales and Marketing team you will help support and grow our large customer base throughout South Australia and nationally by assisting with:
- Providing the best assistance for our customers
- Preparation of quotes
- Provide phone and walk in customer service
- Collate project tender information and assist with product requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be energetic, positive, a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and disciplined in your approach, and have a real customer focus.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience from within an industrial, commercial, building, technical type company
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Technical aptitude
- Experience with drawings/site plans an advantage
- Good customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- The ability to use AutoCAD an advantage, but not essential as training is available
- The ability to multi-task
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously but most importantly, as part of a team
- Current South Australian drivers licence essential
