The Role
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our friendly and supportive team in Regency Park. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and accounts across various commercial products in South Australia.
Key Criteria
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP: Demonstrated competence in Outlook and Word is essential, SAP desirable.
2. Team Player: Proven experience collaborating within a high-performing team environment.
3. Problem-solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer service.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount.
5. Proven track record of achieving high sales volumes through effective inbound and outbound engagement strategies
6. Strong negotiation and customer relations skills
7. Excellent time management and attention to detail, ensuring rapid response and follow-up to inquiries
8. Experience in maintaining opportunity pipelines and utilizing a CRM
Your Experience
Ideally, you are an experienced Sales Representative from a small to medium-sized supply chain/industrial supplier background. You have a proven track record of developing
and managing a portfolio of commercial relationships that prioritize customer satisfaction.
