We are looking for an outstanding sales professional who can deliver exceptional customer service to join our team in Karratha in the Internal Sales Representative position. This is a hand’s on, fast paced role working in a close team environment and providing high quality service to grow our success as a leading industrial supplier.
We will consider applicants that are not based in Karratha but are near to other branches in the ATOM network (Perth, Kalgoorlie, and Geraldton in WA).
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service (over the counter & internal)
- Assist in warehouse as required
- Answer general enquiries regarding products, price and stock availability
- Process sales transactions/orders
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management/merchandising
- Develop & build relationships with ATOM customers
- Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service & communication within your own team and other teams in the ATOM network to ensure we provide the service levels ATOM customers expect
- Adhere to ATOM’s OH&S policy
Skills and experience
- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- A strong sense of urgency
