Why we need you!
Due to further growth, a new opportunity presents for a skilled Internal Sales/ Customer Service Representative to join our growing business. This role will be based in our NSW office however will be managing the Victorian clientele.
Our customers (big builders, electrical and mechanical contractors and the like) need help with solutions to overcome these problems and this role is important because it focuses on ensuring that our customers end up with great service and quality products at the right time.
Are you able to handle the phone well and help customers with solutions? Do you have the capability of juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of your activities and day? Would others say you work well in a team to get the end result for the customer? Are you adept at handling technology such as MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP? Would you previous supervisor say you are a pleasure to work with and would hate to lose you?

What we would like?
We are after someone who has a friendly, helpful and can-do attitude. You will already have had a number of years of experience in Customer Service or sales environments preferably within the industrial B2B space, but not mandatory. A quick learner who can not only conceptualize, but think outside the box for solutions and get a grasp of our products (training will be provided of course). You’ll be IT literate across Microsoft Office and if you have used SAP, it would be a great advantage.
