Our Windows & Doors Ashmore branch has a vacancy for a pro-active, focused and well organised Office-based Sales Representative to join our growing team. G. James Windows & Doors sells, fabricates and installs to the residential, commercial, high-rise and building and construction markets.

The Role:

We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service through our professional and technical team members always aware that our most valued assets are our people. 

• Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers 
• Assist with phone and email enquiries regarding product, orders and delivery queries 
• Accurate processing of quotes, orders and invoices using V6 software
• Liaison and follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure the timely despatch of product to customers and completion of required administrative documentation
• General administration tasks and documentation
• Resolution of customer issues and general account management

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar sales support role or within manufacturing or construction industries would be highly regarded
• A confident proactive attitude
• Professional yet friendly telephone manner and approach
• Competent in using Microsoft Office 
• A strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well in a team environment 
• Willingness to learn on the job supported by skilled team members
