About the Role
WorkPac is currently in search of an Internal Sales Representative. In this role, you'll need to deliver exceptional customer service, promptly provide solutions, and address inquiries from both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate customer quotations as necessary
Handle customer orders and invoices as needed
Aid new customers in selecting products
Source and propose alternative products
Attend to phone calls and address client inquiries, including order follow-ups, complaint resolutions, or technical assistance
Manage the entire process of specific customer credits from initiation to completion
Skills and Experience
Proficient in customer service, technical, or support roles with significant experience
Demonstrates outstanding problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills
Takes proactive and decisive actions
